Think of us as the Amazon of wellness — but curated, expert-led and powered by Welsa, our AI wellness guide.
Anyone passionate about health and wellbeing. TWJ serves individual consumers, wellness professionals, corporate health teams and businesses sourcing wellness products for resale or employee programs.
TWJ ships physical products to 40+ countries. Digital services are available globally. We support multiple currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, INR, BDT and NGN. Your cart will automatically display pricing in your selected currency.
Shopping & Orders
Browse any category, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create a free account or log in. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and selected regional payment methods.
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track orders directly from your account dashboard under 'My Orders'.
Free standard shipping applies to all orders above £299 (or equivalent in your currency). Express and international shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Yes. TWJ's unified cart lets you purchase from multiple vendors in a single checkout. Each vendor ships their products separately and you'll receive individual tracking for each shipment.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most physical products. Items must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by your order confirmation. Some categories (supplements, intimate wellness products) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons — this is clearly marked on each product page.
Log in to your account, go to 'My Orders', select the item you wish to return and click 'Request Return'. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid returns label where applicable.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.
Subscriptions & Plans
Each TWJ plan (Basic, Standard, Exclusive) unlocks additional benefits including discounts, priority service bookings, Welsa AI sessions and exclusive product access. View the full comparison on our Pricing page.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Yes — all new members can start a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll have access to the full marketplace, Welsa AI and 5 premium wellness articles.
Welsa AI
Welsa is TWJ's intelligent wellness companion — an AI-powered chatbot trained on wellness, nutrition, fitness and holistic health knowledge. Welsa helps you discover products, design wellness routines and navigate the platform. She is not a medical professional and does not provide clinical diagnoses.
Welsa is available to all registered TWJ users. Free members get up to 10 queries per month. Subscribers enjoy expanded or unlimited access depending on their plan.
Yes — Welsa can suggest relevant practitioners from our verified network based on your stated needs and location. Final selection and booking decisions are always yours.
Becoming a Vendor
Visit our 'Sell on TWJ' page to start the vendor application. You'll need to provide business registration details, product/service information and quality certifications. Our team reviews applications within 5 business days.
Listing is free during our launch period. TWJ earns a commission on completed sales. Exact commission rates vary by category and are discussed during vendor onboarding.
We welcome supplement and health food brands, personal care and beauty labels, fitness equipment manufacturers, wellness practitioners (therapists, coaches, trainers), retreat operators, ecoliving brands and corporate wellness providers.
